Exterior cleaning services

Tennis, pickleball, and sport court cleaning
We clean tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts across Fairfax and Loudoun counties using low-pressure soft wash methods that lift algae and mildew without damaging the acrylic surface or the line paint. Most courts take a single day and stay clean for one to two seasons.
Roof soft washing and algae removal
Black streaks on a Northern Virginia roof are Gloeocapsa magma, an algae that feeds on limestone filler in asphalt shingles. We remove it with a low-pressure soft wash — never a pressure washer, which strips the protective granules and shortens roof life.
House soft washing
We clean vinyl, HardiePlank, brick, stucco, and painted siding using low pressure and a cleaning solution rather than force. This removes mildew, algae, pollen, and spider webbing without driving water behind the siding.
Concrete, driveway, and patio cleaning
Concrete is one of the few exterior surfaces that genuinely benefits from pressure. We use a surface cleaner that produces an even finish without the striping left by a wand, then treat organic staining so it does not return in weeks.
Deck, fence, and dock cleaning
Wood needs low pressure and the right cleaning solution. Too much pressure raises the grain and leaves permanent furring. We clean pressure-treated pine, cedar, and composite decking, and prepare surfaces for staining.
Wood restoration and sealing
For decks, fences, and pergolas that need more than a wash, we sand, repair, stain, and seal wood to restore its color and protect it from the sun and rain. A penetrating sealant applied after cleaning is what slows the graying and cracking that returns within a season on unsealed wood.
Paver and concrete sealing
Sealing after cleaning locks in the finish, stabilizes joint sand, and slows algae regrowth. We seal pavers, stamped concrete, and stonework, matching sheen level to the look you want.
Commercial exterior cleaning
We work with HOAs, property management companies, and commercial property owners across Fairfax and Loudoun on scheduled exterior cleaning — building washing, sidewalks, parking structures, dumpster pads, amenity areas, and courts.
Window cleaning
We clean interior and exterior glass, screens, and tracks. Window cleaning is usually scheduled alongside a house soft wash, since washing siding first and glass second gives the best result.
