Velocity Washers is an exterior cleaning service based in Centreville, Virginia. We soft wash roofs and siding, clean concrete, decks, and fences, seal pavers, and clean tennis and sport courts across Fairfax and Loudoun counties. We do not sell, rent, or repair pressure washing equipment.

Who runs it

Ammar started Velocity Washers 4 years ago, after a career in programming and tech rather than in the trades. That background shapes how the company runs more than it might seem: a soft wash job is really a process problem — the right chemical dwell time, the right pressure for the surface, the right order of operations so you don't have to redo a step. Years spent debugging systems and following a process to a correct, repeatable result translate directly into that.

It's also why Velocity Washers draws a hard line between soft washing and pressure washing instead of treating a pressure washer as a one-size-fits-all tool. Roofs, siding, and wood need low pressure and the right cleaning solution; concrete needs a surface cleaner; each surface has a correct method, and using the wrong one is the kind of shortcut that looks fine on day one and shows up as damage months later. Getting that distinction right, job after job, is the whole job.

Velocity Washers is licensed and insured, and does not sell, rent, or repair pressure washing equipment — the business is the cleaning itself, done carefully, by the person who owns it.
